Bogdan Panaitescu has significant experience in litigation and is frequently involved in dispute settlement procedures. He regularly assists clients from various business sectors such as banking, pharmaceutical, construction, automotive industry, insurance, sport, media, tourism, agriculture, manufacturing & industry, services, retail & consumer goods, public authorities. Bogdan has also assisted individuals with claims lodged before the European Court of Human Rights.
